We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by passionate dentists and entrepreneurs. With 7 practices across Southern California, we are committed to building a patient-centered, team-driven culture that transforms the dental experience. As we scale, we're looking for a creative, resourceful, and driven Content Creator to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our growing network of patients and team members.
As a Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to children, from infancy through adolescence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a gentle chairside manner, and the ability to educate both patients and their families about oral health.
Schedule: 1-2 days per week (days and hours are flexible).

Qualifications
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current state license
- CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
- Previous experience in clinical or private practice
- Completed a pediatric dentistry residency.
- Valid California dental license and DEA certification.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and their families.

- Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
- Excellent bedside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused approach to dental care.

- Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
- Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration
- Perform dental care treatments including x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services
- Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
- Supervise staff
- Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of orthodontics and dental appliances
- Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
- Provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients, including routine checkups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Work with a team of friendly, dedicated professionals to ensure the comfort and well-being of every patient.
- Educate children and their parents on the importance of good oral hygiene and healthy dental habits.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
