We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by passionate dentists and entrepreneurs. With 7 practices across Southern California, we are committed to building a patient-centered, team-driven culture that transforms the dental experience. As we scale, we're looking for a creative, resourceful, and driven Content Creator to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our growing network of patients and team members.

As a Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to children, from infancy through adolescence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a gentle chairside manner, and the ability to educate both patients and their families about oral health.

Schedule: 1-2 days per week (days and hours are flexible).
Location: Upland, California

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Current state license
  • CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications 
  • Previous experience in clinical or private practice
  • Completed a pediatric dentistry residency.
  • Valid California dental license and DEA certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and their families.
    Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused approach to dental care.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
  • Excellent bedside manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Responsibilities:

  • Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused approach to dental care.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
  • Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration
  • Perform dental care treatments including x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services
  • Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
  • Supervise staff
  • Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of orthodontics and dental appliances
  • Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
  • Provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients, including routine checkups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
  • Work with a team of friendly, dedicated professionals to ensure the comfort and well-being of every patient.
  • Educate children and their parents on the importance of good oral hygiene and healthy dental habits.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
